Responsibilities of an Account Manager:
- Acting as the main point of contact for international distributors
- Preparing and managing quotations for project based enquiries
- Following up leads and coordinating with Territory Managers
- Keeping sales opportunities moving through CRM systems
- Building strong, long-term distributor relationships, over the phone and video meetings
- Supporting technical queries with internal engineering teams
Requirements of an Account Manager:
- Previous experience within a Sales role
- A strong relationship builder with a resilient attitude
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple enquiries
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Excel
- Any exposure to technical or engineered products is a bonus but not essential
- Experience working with distributors (not direct sales) is ideal
