Temporary Class 1 ADR Driver – Leicester
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 ADR Driver to provide temporary cover for a well-established client based in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for ongoing temporary work with competitive pay and overnight allowances.
The Role
- Class 1 (C+E) driving duties
- ADR deliveries across the UK
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
- Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
- Adhering to all driving hours and road transport regulations
- Overnight stays may be required depending on route schedules
Pay & Benefits
- £16.00 per hour
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours
- Standard 40-hour working week
- Overnight allowance of £34.90 per night
- Plus 2 hours overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for overnight work
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid ADR Licence
- CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 ADR driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of driver regulations and road safety
- Reliable, professional and flexible attitude
