A well-established and highly respected creative agency is looking for a Junior Designer to join its growing design team in Leeds.

Working across a range of well-known FMCG brands, this is an excellent opportunity for a creative and ambitious designer looking to develop within a collaborative agency environment.

The role will involve supporting the delivery of integrated creative campaigns across both print and digital channels. You will be someone who enjoys generating ideas, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can produce high-quality work accurately and efficiently against tight deadlines.

This opportunity could suit:

  • A Graphic Design graduate looking for their first agency opportunity
    OR
  • A designer without a degree who has around 2 years of relevant industry experience

Requirements:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about design and creativity
  • Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Experience or understanding of both print and digital design
  • Ability to work across layouts, campaign assets and brand toolkits
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design fundamentals
  • Interest FMCG brands would be beneficial

Any additional interest or exposure to areas such as motion graphics, 3D visuals, animation, illustration, AI creative tools, coding or emerging digital trends would also be advantageous.
